Seven tools that let your AI assistant find, read, and cite Omani legislation. Every search covers both the English and Arabic corpora, and every result tells the assistant which text is the one currently in force. سبع أدوات تُمكّن مساعدك الذكي من البحث في التشريعات العمانية وقراءتها والاستشهاد بها. كل بحث يشمل النصوص الإنجليزية والعربية معًا، وكل نتيجة تُبيّن للمساعد النص المعمول به حاليًا.

search_legislation

Best general-purpose search. Returns whole documents ranked by relevance across both languages, with optional full text inlined. Use it for any legal question when you want curated, ready-to-cite results. البحث العام الأنسب لمعظم الأسئلة. يعيد وثائق كاملة مرتّبة حسب الصلة من النصوص بالعربية والإنجليزية، مع إمكانية إدراج النص الكامل. استخدمه لأي سؤال قانوني تريد فيه نتائج جاهزة للاستشهاد.

search_legislation_passages

Returns individual passages (paragraphs and sections) rather than whole documents. Use it to surface quotable text or gather candidate passages before narrowing down. يعيد فقرات ومواد مفردة بدلًا من وثائق كاملة. استخدمه لاستخراج نصوص قابلة للاقتباس أو لجمع فقرات مرشّحة قبل تضييق النطاق.

Exact-match keyword search across titles, excerpts, and full body. Use it for named entities — people, organisations, places — and precise legal terms that semantic search may miss. بحث بمطابقة تامة للكلمات في العناوين والمقتطفات والنصوص الكاملة. استخدمه لأسماء الأشخاص والجهات والأماكن وللمصطلحات القانونية الدقيقة التي قد يتجاوزها البحث الدلالي.

Look up an instrument by its official number — 10/2025 or 47/97. Returns the Arabic and English editions together. البحث عن تشريع برقمه الرسمي — 10/2025 أو 47/97. يعيد النسختين العربية والإنجليزية معًا.

get_legislation_text

Fetch the complete text of one or more items by slug, in either language. If the requested language has no full text, it serves the other edition and says so. جلب النص الكامل لتشريع أو أكثر بالمُعرِّف، بأي من اللغتين. وإذا لم يتوفر النص باللغة المطلوبة، يقدّم النسخة الأخرى مع التنبيه إلى ذلك.

list_recent_legislation

Return the most recently published legislation, newest first. Use it for "what's new" questions or to surface freshly issued decrees. يعيد أحدث التشريعات المنشورة، الأحدث أولًا. استخدمه لأسئلة "ما الجديد" أو لعرض المراسيم الصادرة حديثًا.

get_legislation_versions

Trace an instrument's family: what amended it, what it repealed, and which consolidated text is current. This is how the assistant avoids quoting a superseded version. تتبّع سلسلة التشريع: ما عدّله، وما ألغاه، وأي نص موحّد هو الساري حاليًا. بهذه الأداة يتجنّب المساعد الاستشهاد بنسخة متجاوَزة.

Connect in Claudeالربط في Claude

Open Claude — the desktop app or claude.ai — and go to Settings → Connectors. افتح Claude — التطبيق أو claude.ai — ثم اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← Connectors.

Click Add custom connector. اضغط Add custom connector.

Paste the server URL https://mcp.decree.om/ and confirm. الصق عنوان الخادم https://mcp.decree.om/ ثم أكّد.

Sign in with the email tied to your Decree account and enter the 6-digit code we send you. سجّل الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك في Decree وأدخل الرمز المكوّن من ٦ أرقام الذي نرسله إليك.

Ask a legal question. Claude will call the tools on its own — try "Is the Omani Labour Law still current, and what changed?" اطرح سؤالًا قانونيًا، وسيستدعي Claude الأدوات تلقائيًا — جرّب: «هل قانون العمل العُماني ما زال ساريًا، وما الذي تغيّر فيه؟»

Connect in ChatGPTالربط في ChatGPT

Open Settings → Connectors and turn on Developer mode. Custom MCP connectors are available on paid ChatGPT plans. افتح الإعدادات ← Connectors وفعّل Developer mode. خاصية الموصّلات المخصّصة متاحة في الخطط المدفوعة من ChatGPT.

Click Create (or New connector) and give it a name — for example Decree. اضغط Create (أو New connector) وسمِّه، مثلًا Decree.

Enter the MCP server URL https://mcp.decree.om/mcp and choose OAuth authentication. أدخل عنوان الخادم https://mcp.decree.om/mcp واختر المصادقة عبر OAuth.

Sign in with your Decree email and enter the 6-digit code, then approve access. سجّل الدخول ببريدك في Decree وأدخل الرمز المكوّن من ٦ أرقام، ثم وافق على الوصول.

In a new chat, enable the Decree connector from the tools menu, then ask your question. في محادثة جديدة، فعّل موصّل Decree من قائمة الأدوات، ثم اطرح سؤالك.

The same URL works with any client that supports OAuth-based remote MCP — including Cursor, Claude Code, and others. Add it as a custom MCP server using https://mcp.decree.om/ and sign in with your Decree email when prompted. Clients that require an explicit path accept https://mcp.decree.om/mcp. يعمل العنوان نفسه مع أي تطبيق يدعم خوادم MCP البعيدة عبر OAuth — ومنها Cursor وClaude Code وغيرها. أضفه كخادم MCP مخصّص باستخدام https://mcp.decree.om/ وسجّل الدخول ببريدك في Decree عند الطلب. أما التطبيقات التي تشترط مسارًا صريحًا فتقبل https://mcp.decree.om/mcp.
